1. RY650/850 automatic flexographic printing machine is equipped with a ceramic anilox roller for uniform ink transferring. Also, it is equipped with a magnetic powder brake and clutch for rewinding and unwinding tension control. An optional Mitsubishi tension controller is also available.
2. Each printing unit is adjustable by 360 degrees so as to ensure precision registration. Meanwhile, each of the printing units is equipped with an IR dryer to ensure fast drying of printing materials.
3. When the printing machine stops working, the rubber ink roller will automatically break away from the equipment, and keeps running at a low speed so as to avoid ink drying.
4. The flexographic printer is equipped with an imported stepless variable frequency motor.
5. The equipment is able to finish paper feeding, printing, IR drying, and rewinding at a stroke. So, it is ideal for use in printing factories to print commercial paper, paper cup, and more.
